How is everyone watching the olympics (cord cutters)??

What apps do you have downloaded to get hilights & metal counts?

Favorite athletes?

Themed parties (a lรก Fraser Birthday Olympics from 1992, pictures above)?

I want to know everything you are doing to celebrate USA!

  1. Currently obsessed with Simone Biles! Follow her on Twitter if you don’t already. As far as I’m concerned she is the Dominique Mocheanu level sweetheart of this Olympics.

Eeek! I need to figure out how to watch the olympics in real time!

I downloaded the Olympics app and NBC Sports apps so far but am not sure how they are yet.

Oh! NPR on Snapchat has this really dry journalist host that has been snapping from behind the scenes. He’s super interesting and does a great job, but it’s a stark contrast from other Caleb snappers like MargoandMe.

  2. Since you are so connected I am going to watch through you, Emily!! I agree with you about Simone Biles!! I hope Team USA has a successful Olympics 2016! It should be fun to watch!!

  3. So we went out and bought an antenna for $70 to watch the Olympics…. It didn’t work ๐Ÿ˜ฉ going to return it and look for another!
I have NBC Olympics app, I like it so far.
Mommy, Karen, Leo, Wyatt, and I had a viewing party for the opening ceremony but I think I still missed some good parts due to adventures in toilet training ๐Ÿ˜•
I’m going to files your lead on the Snapchat!

  4. Ugh! The TV thing is pretty bad. I don’t even have an antenna option because we run HDMI off a projector. For now, I’m just youtubing what I can after the fact and am trying to ‘rent’ Comcast credentials from friends…but so few people have cable. I’ll be in a hotel all next week so I’ll enjoy the luxurious life of NBC live TV in the evenings. ๐Ÿ˜‰

The White House has a really great snap story and they have had good Rio coverage as well!
